pass my AP exams
loose the flab that’s been steadily growing on my stomach

Partied hard with my parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and old cousins. Charades and Scrabble can get pretty wild when you play with people aged 40-75.
Time to chill, watch the San Francisco Philharmonic Orchestra’s Opening Night Gala on PBS, drink some *sparkling grape juice*, and watch the ball drop with my parents.
I would choose this over a drunken high school party any day.

I just don’t understand why people insist on breaking silences that aren’t even awkward because forced conversation is so much more awkward than silence. I also hate when people think that all silences are awkward - just because you’re within hearing vicinity does not mean you must talk to hear your own voice.
